Do you want all events in real time from your ClearVox Nexxt (the same as X2nexxt ) to use in another software application? Then use the Event Webhook connector from Red Cactus. With every event, a POST request is sent to the registered webhook. With this module it is no longer necessary to set up a separate web socket for each user. ClearVox Nexxt has the following events:
- Call:start
- Call:update
- Call:end
- Phone:updated
- Call_entry:created
Technical
To set up the connection between the ClearVox Nexxt and the Red Cactus event server, we need the API key of a user with administrator rights. To forward the requests to the desired endpoint, we ask you to create an URL based on HTTPS protocol. All POST requests to the endpoint come from our server. It is also possible to send a token in the URL, e.g. https://server.com/webhook/TOKEN.

The Red Cactus Webhook Event module has been tested in combination with all variants of the ClearVox Nexxt (same as X2Nexxt).
