Description

With the Red Cactus Power BI connector you have an interactive tool for visualizing your telephony data with which you can create customized reports. Examples include visualizing the number of incoming or outgoing calls, both internally and externally, for the entire company or individually per employee.

Another example is to visualize the number of calls in a heatmap to analyze what the busiest moments per day or other period are so that you can adjust the staffing accordingly. This connector ensures that all data synchronizes between your telephony system and Microsoft Power BI.

Technical

To share the templates with other users and to retrieve real-time data, we recommend purchasing a paid Microsoft Power BI license. This license is not included in the mentioned rates and must be activated before the Red Cactus Microsoft Power BI Connector is installed. This service requires Microsoft Power BI knowledge to visualize data. Of course it is also possible to outsource your project to our Microsoft Power BI partner https://data-dingen.nl  Red Cactus provides a MySQL database with IP whitelist that you can link to Microsoft Power BI.

Setup price per end customer: €99.00

Monthly recurring price per end customer: €50.00
