With the Simar CRM telephony connector, incoming and outgoing calls will generate on screen notifications in Simar. These include contact information contained within Simar. You’ll have also the ability to open the contact information directly from these notifications. The Simar CRM connector is part of the Bubble telephony integration from Red Cactus.
Simar CRM connector VoIP
With the Simar CRM telephony connector, a notification immediately appears in Simar with the client information when an incoming and/or outgoing call is made. In addition to the contact information, the on screen pop-up also immediately shows the notes, order and quotation history. You then can perform various different actions in the Simar on screen notification such as:
- Opening the contact information
- Showing order information
- Creating service notification
The on screen notification will appear at the bottom right and will remain for 20 seconds for you to click on. If you want to keep this in view for longer, there is a checkmark with ‘do not close screen’. The Bubble application includes fully integrated click-to-dial functionality that works both locally and web-based.
Connecting Bubble – and thus the Simar CRM connector – to your telephony system is very straight forward. The procedure is unique to each telephony system but they all have one thing in common, you don’t need to be very technical to do it. The on screen pop-up of Bubble (and thus the functionalities of the Bubble app) can be disabled, because the on screen pop-up of Simar takes over this functionality.

The only functionalitie that differs between the Windows and macOS version is that the macOS version does not support select&call. Of course, the click & call functionality is supported.

It is possible in Bubble to activate multiple CRM- ERP- connectors under the same user at no extra cost. The license prices shown do not depend on the number of connectors you want to activate per user.
Suppose you have linked your CRM- ERP- software as a primary basis, you can choose to activate another connectors as a secondary basis, for example the Google connector. If the caller's details do not exist in your CRM- ERP- software, the details in this example will still be shown from Google's database.
